Terms & cancellation

These terms apply to every private transfer booked with Zanzi Transfers in Zanzibar, Tanzania. By booking you agree to them.

Bookings

• A booking is a request until we confirm it by email or WhatsApp.
• Please give correct flight or ferry details, pickup time, guest count and contact information.
• Prices are per vehicle, in US dollars, and include fuel and the driver.

Payment

You can pay by card, mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money) or cash to the driver in USD or TZS, as chosen when booking.

Waiting time

For airport and ferry pickups we track your arrival. For hotel pickups the driver waits up to 15 minutes after the agreed time.

Cancellation & changes

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be charged the full fare.
• To change or cancel, message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference.

Luggage & safety

Tell us about oversized luggage, child seats or special needs when booking. Seat belts must be worn where fitted.

Liability

We are not responsible for missed flights or ferries caused by wrong details given by the guest, or delays beyond our control such as weather, road closures or police checks.
