• To confirm, organise and carry out your transfer.
• To contact you about your booking by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your data and do not send marketing without your consent.

Sharing

We share your name, pickup details and phone number only with the driver assigned to your trip, and with service providers that help us run the website and send emails.

Retention

We keep booking records for as long as needed for the trip and our legal obligations, then delete them.
